We’re looking for a proactive, confident Marketing Executive with B2B marketing experience, to work within Epiphany’s internal sales and marketing team.

This is a fast-paced, varied and exciting role with plenty of opportunity for progression, in an ‘Outstanding’ Best Companies organisation.

Working closely with experts from across the business, you will be responsible for highlighting Epiphany’s success stories for clients, as well as managing and supporting a wide range of channels to increase Epiphany’s brand awareness and ultimately drive new business.

This is a hands-on role for an energetic and positive team member who is proficient juggling multiple tasks, handling conflicting priorities and meeting deadlines every day.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar marketing role, with a broad experience across the marketing mix.

key responsibilities.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts across the business
  • Identifying and co-ordinating Epiphany’s presence at key industry events
  • Creating compelling content for case studies, campaigns, thought-leadership articles, events, blog posts, credentials, and sales support materials
  • Working closely with the sales team to provide marketing support
  • Identifying and executing award submissions for successful client campaigns
  • Championing the Epiphany brand across all communications
  • Creating design and content briefs for the studio for sales and marketing materials
  • Preparing print and online communications

skills required.

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in a B2B marketing role (preferably two years)
  • Ability to manage own workload, make decisions and prioritise
  • A proven record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Confident and dynamic personality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Outstanding people skills with the ability to negotiate and influence to get results
  • Ambitious and driven with a ‘can do’ attitude
